Betrayal Trauma Coach

Empowering Women to Reclaim Their Glow

My Story

As a former corporate executive and now a licensed professional counselor, I understand the challenges high-achieving women face in love and life. Despite being emotionally intelligent and successful, I found myself in toxic relationships that left me questioning everything. I was mislabeled as “codependent,” but research revealed a deeper truth: it’s not weakness that attracts narcissists, but strength.

Women with Super Traits—empathy, loyalty, and resilience—are often more vulnerable to manipulative partners who exploit these qualities. Through my own healing journey, I learned how to break free from these cycles and reclaim my power. I discovered that the traits once seen as vulnerabilities were, in fact, my greatest strengths.

My Values & Beliefs

Strength, Not Weakness

Your empathy, loyalty, and resilience are Super Traits to be protected, not flaws to be fixed. They are the foundation of your power and your capacity for deep connection.

Evidence-Based Empowerment

Healing is grounded in science and research, including Super Traits theory, positive psychology, and proven trauma-informed methods that restore nervous system balance.

Transformation Without Shame

You are not broken or naïve. You were wired for hope and connection, and you deserve to heal without carrying misplaced blame or lingering self-doubt from your past.

My Approach

My approach combines trauma-informed coaching with evidence-based strategies to help women break free from toxic relationship patterns. By focusing on Super Traits—empathy, loyalty, resilience, and emotional depth—I guide women to recognize and protect these qualities, empowering them to thrive.

I integrate positive psychology, Super Traits theory, and practical tools to rebuild self-trust and intuition. Through personalized coaching, workshops, and group support, I help women heal from past betrayals, spot hidden red flags, and step into empowered, authentic relationships that honor their true selves.
